What's Happening?

This year, we're doing something very similar to last year's sale, including broad storewide discounts and our special POWERHOUR sales where individual products are offered at deep discounts for one hour only. In addition, we're offering a new perk: every order with a subtotal of $100 or more will include one randomly chosen mystery vinyl!

BFCM Shipping Policies

• These policies supplement our standard shipping policies, which can be viewed here.

• Any order over $100 USD placed between November 23 at 9pm PST and November 27 11:59pm PST is eligible to receive a complimentary Mystery Vinyl, while supplies last.

• Materia Store has a small, dedicated team of people that work very hard to fulfill your orders. We will do our best to ship out your orders within 5 business days, but we cannot always guarantee that. So, please allow 10 business days for processing before your order ships. Typically your order will be dispatched much quicker than that, depending on the volume of orders. 

• No cancellations will be accepted during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale. We will be diligently working to get all orders out as quickly as possible, and any messages sent to customer support may not be seen before your order has been shipped out.

• Once your order leaves our warehouse, Materia Store is not responsible for your shipment. If there are any delays with your order, please file a claim with the shipping carrier used for your order.

• Orders will be shipped out on a first-come, first-serve basis. Orders placed using priority shipping will be packed before orders using Media Mail. A reminder that orders shipped with Media Mail are not eligible for insurance and we cannot offer support for any orders shipped with Media Mail. If you wish to have insurance on your shipment, please purchase the default Route insurance included in your cart or choose a more premium shipping option.

• You are responsible for any applicable taxes like VAT, import fees, or any other fees that are outside Materia's control. No refunds will be provided for rejected, unpaid, abandoned, unclaimed, or destroyed mail due to unpaid fees.

• If your order includes a pre-order, the entire order will be held until the pre-order arrives in our warehouse, and all items in your order are in stock. Please place separate orders if you would like in-stock items to ship immediately. Pre-order dates are subject to change and are out of our control.

• POWERHOUR deals already include deep discounts. Your order cannot be combined with any other order you may place. POWERHOUR deals may not be combined, and you must pay for separate shipping for each order placed. 

• No retroactive discounts will be provided for missed POWERHOUR sales.

• Mystery vinyl will only be included for individual orders with a subtotal of $100 or higher. Orders cannot be combined to total over $100 for the inclusion. Mystery vinyl are not eligible for returns.

• Customer support may be delayed due to high volume.
